Stonfo Elite Disc-Drag Bobbin Saltwater Streamer is a top quality weighted stainless steel bobbin. The special disc-drag design enables easy and quick adjustments, therefore allowing for a perfect thread tension control. This is a large size bobbin from Stonfo Elite Bobbin series designed for tying saltwater flies and streamers. The wide tube allows the use of heavier, larger diameter threads and voluminous materials like micro-chenille, yarn, floss, etc. The bobbin has been weighted to provide hands-free and smooth thread winding. The tube has a special hardened steel bush, perfectly designed to allow smooth thread sliding without breaking or fraying. The sliding cone enables the spool holder stem to be suitable to wide-range of spool sizes, making this bobbin super-versatile, as it can be easily adjusted when changing spools.

There are two additional Stonfo Elite Bobbin designs:

1. The Stonfo Disc-Drag Elite Bobbin model (red) is a standard size, suited for most thread types.
2.  The Stonfo Disc-Drag Elite Bobbin Compact model (black) is the smallest size and very useful for close work, when you have to use more bobbins together, or when there is limited room around the fly axis.
