Great bodies, I’ve used these for 3 years now, tied with a parachute. They are very durable, 8-10 fish before the bodies are showing wear. Good flotation and very realistic. What more do you want! Very few refusals, they catch fish!

Stonfo Elite Disc-Drag Bobbin

Stonfo Elite Disc-Drag Bobbin is a top quality weighted stainless steel bobbin. The special disc-drag design enables easy and quick adjustments, therefore allowing for a perfect thread tension control. The bobbin has been weighted to provide hands-free and smooth thread winding. The tube has a special hardened steel bush, perfectly designed to allow smooth thread sliding without breaking or fraying. The sliding cone enables the spool holder stem to be suitable for wide-range of spool sizes, making this bobbin super-versatile. Switching spools is easy.
This standard, original bobbin design is for general tying needs, suitable for most of the threads on the market.

There are two additional Stonfo Elite Bobbin designs:

  1. The Stonfo Elite Disc-Drag Bobbin Saltwater Streamer model (blue) is larger in size, with a wider tube and suited for heavier, larger diameter, voluminous threads, micro-chenille, yarn, floss etc.
  2.  The Stonfo Elite Disc-Drag Bobbin Compact model (black) is the smallest size and very useful for close work, when you have to use more bobbins together, or when there is limited room around the fly axis.
