How We Use the Collected Information

When you place your order with FrostyFly.com, we ask you for your full name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email address so we can ship your order and send you a confirmation email. We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. If you create an account on our website, our server stores this information so that placing future orders will be quicker and easier. We also track your order and billing history.

  • To improve customer service & personalize your user experience 

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests more effectively. We may also use information you provide to improve your experience with FrostyFly.com.

  • To communicate with you

We will use your personal information to communicate with you about your orders and deliveries. We may use the email address to respond to your questions, inquiries, and/or other requests.  We will send you a confirmation email when you register with us. We may send you a service-related announcement.

If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails (newsletters) that may include company news, updates, new product releases, events, promotions, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email, or you contact us via our Site.

Payment Information - Not Stored on Our Server

Personal Information that relates to your payment information (your credit card information) is not stored on our server.

Frosty Fly uses two methods of payments for the checkout process: Stripe & PayPal, as per your selection.

1) For Stripe payments, credit card payments, credit card information is entered during checkout, which is then passed on via an encrypted message to Stripe to be processed. This information is not stored on our server.

Stripe is one of the worlds’ most secure payment processors. Payment system powered by Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. 2) For PayPal payments, before entering any personal credit card information, you are transferred to PayPal's secure servers.

Either you choose Stripe or PayPal payment, Frosty Fly will never see your financial information. Your information will only be processed by either of these payment platforms which place a very strong emphasis on security and keeping your information private.

Viewing and Updating Your Personal Information

You can always access the personal information you have provided to us by going to My Account page. You can make changes to this information and update your account at anytime. You must be signed in to your account in order to access your account details.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

FrostyFly uses Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise on third party sites to you after you visited our Site. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page.
