No-Hassle Returns

Every item we offer has been carefully selected and tested by us, giving us the confidence to stand behind each product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, just let us know within 30 days. We’ll exchange it, replace it, or refund your money—whatever works best for you.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the item needs to be unused and sent back in its original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How to Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us through the contact form below or by emailing us at contact@frostyfly.com. Include your name, order number, order date, the product details (such as size or color), the reason for your return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If you’d like an exchange, let us know the item you’d like instead. Returns must always be requested and approved before sending an item back. Items sent to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.

We will respond with the return shipping address and instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the outcome. If your request is approved, we’ll either issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your replacement.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This helps us evaluate the issue quickly and make it right. If the problem is on our end, we’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method for the full value of the returned item, excluding the original shipping charges. Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days, though it may take longer for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@frostyfly.com.

Shipping for Returns

Unless the item is defective or was sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your tracking number, as we cannot process returns for items that do not reach us.

Exceptions

Gift cards, clearance merchandise marked as “final sale,” and any items that have been used or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
