Large & Heavy Items
Orders including items such as fishing rods, vises, or certain oversized accessories automatically fall under the Large & Heavy rate for your region.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If a tracking number is included with your chosen shipping method, it will appear in this email. If you do not see your confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
Tracking Information
If you would like to track your shipment, please select a tracked shipping method at checkout. Untracked services (where available) do not include delivery status updates.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates only, provided by the carrier, and expressed in business days. They do not include weekends, holidays, or customs processing time.
Weather conditions, postal delays, and destination processing may extend delivery times. Once a package leaves our warehouse, transit times are outside our control.
International Orders
Customs & Import Delays
International shipments may be held by customs in your country. This can add up to 4 weeks beyond the standard delivery estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot influence customs processing times.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import charges required by your country.
- These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
- You are responsible for paying any import charges assessed by your postal authority.
- If a package is refused, the original shipping cost and any return or customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

Do you ship fishing rods and heavy items?
Oversized products (including rods, vises, boots, and similar items) are available for shipping within Canada and the United States under our “Large & Heavy” rate. Due to size and carrier limitations, we do not ship oversized items internationally.
