Highly functional, strong and extremely lightweight, this reel is equipped with a powerful carbon disc brake, making it a perfect fly reel for not only freshwater fishing, but also for light saltwater use.
The newly redesigned brake system allows fine-tuning in the fight for strong fish. Designed for durability without unnecessary frills or delicate parts that could jeopardize all the fun of fishing on streams, rivers, and on the coast.
Each reel is milled from one block of high-quality anodized aluminum. The crank is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, making it suitable for saltwater use. Rapid line retraction is guaranteed by its large arbor design, minimizing the memory effect, which is especially important in cold weather. Super-small gap dimensions of the reel ensure that your fly line, backing, and leaders are not pulled between the spool and reel back. The recessed spool design enables ventilation of the fly line and backing.
