Tactical Ultra Heavy Nymph is a super heavy version of the Gold Ribbed Hare's Ear (GRHE) jig nymph. It is so heavy that will sink like a rock making it a perfect fly pattern for fishing in super-strong currents. It works great from early spring till late fall. Definitely, one of our most effective trout nymphs! Tied on a short shank jig high-quality barbless hook with a tungsten bead for weight. Comes in two hook sizes, #14 and #16. Size #14 is tied with 4mm tungsten bead and size #16 with 3.5mm.
