Stretch Round Rib
Stretch Round Rib is a transparent, highly stretchable, round rubber material designed for creating realistic segmented bodies on a wide variety of fly patterns. Strong, flexible, and easy to work with, it is an extremely versatile material for both freshwater and saltwater fly tying.
It is most commonly used for ribbing nymphs, streamers, and saltwater patterns, but also makes an excellent body material for midge and caddis patterns. The soft, solid rubber wraps smoothly around the hook, creating clean segmentation while remaining durable enough to withstand repeated use.
