Start rotating the handwheel until you have a uniform dubbing. You can slightly tilt the swinging head to avoid the unrolling of the dubbing. For convenience, finish the knot using finisher and cut the thread. Now you can easily wind the dubbing without obstacles. Tilt the head at 90 degrees and start winding the dubbing directly onto the hook shank. There is no need to move the hackle to the hackle pliers.
