Soldarini's S-Power Elite Competition Fluorocarbon Tippet is extra-strong competition tippet material, virtually invisible in water, and ideal for spooky fish. This tippet material maintains excellent knot and impact strength, with an incredible 38% greater wet knot strength resistance. Made of fluorocarbon, it sinks quickly as it is two times heavier than water, doesn’t lie on the surface, and doesn’t frighten fish.
Fluorocarbon is a dense material, exceptionally smooth and supple, and doesn’t soak water. It doesn't change its diameter and remains transparent. It is extremely resistant to abrasions and UV rays, more durable, and it is less elastic than mono. It comes in a cost-effective spool of 50 m, which limits the memory of the tippet, making it last longer and easier to find in your bag. Made in Japan.
