Dealer Account Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Frosty Fly Dealer.
Our goal is to build a long-term, successful business relationship with every one of our Dealers. Through our Dealer Program, our products are offered at wholesale prices to retailers with valid business registration, solely for resale or for use in the production of goods.
Minimum Order
We currently do not require a minimum order. There are no minimum amounts for your first (opening) order or any subsequent orders. Exception: for flies, a minimum quantity of one dozen (12) per color/hook-size combination applies.
How to Place an Order
To place an order, please contact us by email.
We will send you the current Dealer Price Sheet and a Wholesale Order Form (Excel). Complete the form with your selections and quantities and return it to us by email.
Once we receive your completed order form, we will:
- Review stock availability.
- Determine the most economical shipping method and cost.
- Create an order in our system and email you an invoice with a secure online payment link.
This way, you can easily pay online using one of the available payment options. Orders are processed once payment is received.
Payment Terms
All orders are prepaid. Your goods will ship once payment has been received.
You will receive an invoice by email with a secure online payment link once your order has been reviewed and confirmed.
We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- e-Transfer
- Bank wire transfer
- Cheque
To help us keep our wholesale pricing competitive, we encourage payment by bank transfer or e-Transfer whenever possible.
For security reasons, we do not process payments over the phone or store any payment information. When paying by cheque, goods will ship once funds have cleared.

Shipping
Once your order is confirmed, we will determine the most efficient and economical shipping method. We pass along the discounted shipping rates we receive from carriers to our Dealers. Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, and destination. For wholesale orders, only delivery methods with tracking are offered.
Returns
We stand behind our products and value our relationships with our Dealers. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 10 business days for exchange or store credit.
All returns must be pre-authorized and prepaid. Please email us with your invoice number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number (RA#). Include the original invoice and clearly mark the RA# on your return shipment.
Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If any items are missing, incorrect, or damaged:
- Retain all packaging materials.
- Photograph any damage.
- Notify us via email within 5 business days of receipt.
Once we review your request, we will provide a return authorization number and return instructions. Damaged goods will be replaced only after the original items (in their packaging) are returned for inspection within 20 days.
Order Changes
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed. If you wish to modify an order, please contact us immediately. If processing has not begun, we will gladly make adjustments.
Prices
All dealer prices are wholesale and intended solely for resale or production use. Prices may change without notice unless already invoiced.
Dealer Status
Frosty Fly reserves the right to revoke Dealer status at any time. Duplication or alteration of products or packaging, or falsely representing Frosty Fly products as your own, is strictly prohibited.
By placing a wholesale order through your Dealer Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Frosty Fly.
