Veevus thread 6/0 is a premium quality thread, thin in diameter and lightweight, but extremely strong – its breaking point is above 1kg! This is a fine thread, unwaxed, made of two strands twisted together like a rope. The thread untwists and splits easily for dubbing loops – see the video demonstration below. It will lay on the hook quite flat, thus minimizing bulk and providing a smoother finish. It can also be easily corded up to provide extra strength. Veevus 6/0 doesn’t bulk or fray and is super easy to work with. This thread has the right amount of stretch and is spooled evenly providing the perfect tension, effortless whip finishing, and smoother tying.
