Stonfo Hair Stacker – a high quality, very handy fly tying tool for stacking both natural hair and synthetic materials.
It provides a fast, easy and effortless way to align and even out hair tips.
Has a heavy base, plastic cones and rubber, non-slip bottom.
To use, simply insert the hair into the plastic cone (ends facing down) and tap the stacker on your fly tying surface a few times. When you pull the plastic tube out, the hair tips will be even and ready to tie.
It comes with two different sized cones to accommodate different applications:
- Small (shorter tube) – for smaller flies, or when stacking smaller amounts of hair (e.g. for small tails)
- Large (longer tube) – for longer materials, or larger amounts of hair (e.g. large wings, deer hair bodies, etc.)
