This versatile fly rod comes with two tip sections – it’s like getting two rods for the price of one! The two interchangeable tips give you two different actions and weights. You can choose between a standard, a bit heavier, slower action tip, or a lighter, faster action, all depending on conditions.

This second, lighter, specially designed tip section, based on the Sensytip technology, has a thinner diameter and a deeper bend than the traditional tip. The Sensytip tip section has a full carbon insert in the upper part of the tip, which makes it extremely sensitive and easier to cast and present tiny nymphs as well as to detect careful takes. Particularly suitable for use with very thin tippets and micro nymphs, it greatly facilitates the cast and strike, especially when fishing for small to medium-sized fish. (The Sensytip technology was originally developed for Italian alpine rivers, where small to medium-sized trout are targeted with fine leaders and very thin tippets.)

With this rod, you get two different rods that open up even more possibilities on creeks and rivers. A perfect choice for anglers looking for a do-it-all rod at an affordable price.

Equipped with up-locking reel seat in sizes 9’6”-9’9” and down-locking reel seat in sizes 10’00 ‘’ – 10’6 ‘’ for better balance. The medium-fast, light, and very slim blank has a discreet matt black finish. The full wells handle is made of flor-grade cork and reinforced with cork composite inserts in critical areas. As an added bonus, the rod’s handpiece is decorated with two length markings which allow you to quickly and easily estimate the size of the fish caught. This 4-piece (+ XUL tip) rod is delivered inside a compartmentalized, rod tube with a carrying strap.

Each Soldarini’s Rod is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Soldarini Fly Tackle warrants against any manufacturing defect and will replace or repair the rod at their discretion. Soldarini Fly Tackle does not cover any damage resulting from neglect, normal wear, and tear, the misuse of their product, or loss of parts.
