Hemingway’s Fly Tying Flashback Foil is a thin, pearlescent, 3D foil that reflects light and increases the effectiveness of your flies. This semi-translucent material takes any fly to a whole new level – it changes its color as light hits it from different angles. Perfect for tying authentic-looking house flies (bottleflies). As it increases the fly’s visibility even in murky waters, it is a great material to use for tying very effective nymph bodies, as well as scuds, nymph backs, or hotspots for nymphs. Easy to work with, simply cut it to suit.
